


There are VERY few things I like about winters in the Midwest. But one thing I absolutely love is when dense fog rolls in while the temp is still below freezing...the fog wraps itself around trees, bushes, anything you can think of, and gets in every little nook and cranny. When you look at it from far away it looks like some shimmery silver web has surrounded everything...it's magical looking really! When you come up closer, the fog creates these amazing ice crystals on everything. It's CRAZY! They stick straight out like metal reaching for a magnet. Nature amazes me on a daily basis...
